Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BMS1P15 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 107 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BMS1P15-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP151, HMGB1P29, and MMP26. Each is linked with BMS1P15 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMS1P15-to-partner and partner-to-BMS1P15 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP151 grouped by BMS1P15-low versus BMS1P15-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BMS1P15→partner) and Y-score (partner→BMS1P15) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
