Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, BMS1P15 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated BMS1P15 data layer compared with 1 for mutation status.
The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher BMS1P15 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated BMS1P15 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as UCS and SKCM show a favorable association.
UCEC, UCS, and MESO are the cancer types where BMS1P15 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
