BMS1P14

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BMS1P14 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,262 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BMS1P14-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Negative regulation of transmembrane receptor protein serine/threonine kinase signaling pathway, Response to UV-C, and Regulation of intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway by p53 class mediator. Each is linked with BMS1P14 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMS1P14-to-partner and partner-to-BMS1P14 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Negative regulation of transmembrane receptor protein serine/threonine kinase signaling pathway grouped by BMS1P14-low versus BMS1P14-high in SKCM.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BMS1P14→partner) and Y-score (partner→BMS1P14) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
Each partner links to its Q-omics profile. Showing the 6 strongest of 2,262 associations by consensus.
