Across TCGA patient cohorts, BMS1P13 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,551 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BMS1P13-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Microtubule polymerization or depolymerization, TOR signaling, and Positive regulation of chromosome organization. Each is linked with BMS1P13 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMS1P13-to-partner and partner-to-BMS1P13 results are reported.
