BMS1P10

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BMS1P10 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,170 significant associations in total. PCPG shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BMS1P10-associated genes across cancer lineages are AQP7P1, RSPRY1, and HIF1A. Each is linked with BMS1P10 in more than 27 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMS1P10-to-partner and partner-to-BMS1P10 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BMS1P10 versus AQP7P1 in LAML, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BMS1P10→partner) and Y-score (partner→BMS1P10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
