Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, BMS1P10 RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated BMS1P10 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in lung squamous cell carcinoma (LUSC), where higher BMS1P10 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated BMS1P10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ESCA and KIRC show a favorable association.

LUSC, ESCA, and LIHC are the cancer types where BMS1P10 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
