BMPR1AP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BMPR1AP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,188 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BMPR1AP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C11orf96, HDGFL3, and KANK2. Each is linked with BMPR1AP1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMPR1AP1-to-partner and partner-to-BMPR1AP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BMPR1AP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BMPR1AP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
