BMPR1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BMPR1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,880 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BMPR1A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MACROH2A2, NHLRC2, and PTPN1. Each is linked with BMPR1A in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMPR1A-to-partner and partner-to-BMPR1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BMPR1A versus MACROH2A2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BMPR1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→BMPR1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
