BMPR1A

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BMPR1A protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,880 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BMPR1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are GABRR2, RASGRP3, and PLPP3. Each is linked with BMPR1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMPR1A-to-partner and partner-to-BMPR1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BMPR1A versus GABRR2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.81.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BMPR1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→BMPR1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
