BMPR1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BMPR1A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,577 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BMPR1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-932P, MIR375, and MIR5787. Each is linked with BMPR1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMPR1A-to-partner and partner-to-BMPR1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-932P grouped by BMPR1A-low versus BMPR1A-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BMPR1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→BMPR1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
