BMPR1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BMPR1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,935 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BMPR1A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cardiac septum cell differentiation, Atrioventricular node cell differentiation, and Atrioventricular node cell development. Each is linked with BMPR1A in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMPR1A-to-partner and partner-to-BMPR1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cardiac septum cell differentiation grouped by BMPR1A-low versus BMPR1A-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BMPR1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→BMPR1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
