BMP8A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BMP8A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,870 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BMP8A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DPYSL3, VCAN_S1349, and SULF1. Each is linked with BMP8A in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMP8A-to-partner and partner-to-BMP8A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BMP8A→partner) and Y-score (partner→BMP8A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
