BMP3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BMP3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,869 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BMP3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TRIOBP, HMGN5, and NOB1. Each is linked with BMP3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMP3-to-partner and partner-to-BMP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BMP3 versus TRIOBP in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BMP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BMP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
