BMP3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BMP3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,112 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BMP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ANKRD6, ARHGAP24, and SLCO4A1. Each is linked with BMP3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMP3-to-partner and partner-to-BMP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BMP3 versus ANKRD6 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BMP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BMP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
