BMP3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BMP3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 59 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BMP3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Notch1, Akt_pT308, and PRAS40_pT246. Each is linked with BMP3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMP3-to-partner and partner-to-BMP3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Notch1 grouped by BMP3-low versus BMP3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BMP3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BMP3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
