BMP2K

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BMP2K mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 359 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BMP2K-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAGE12J, ETDC, and TEX51. Each is linked with BMP2K in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMP2K-to-partner and partner-to-BMP2K results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GAGE12J grouped by BMP2K-low versus BMP2K-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BMP2K→partner) and Y-score (partner→BMP2K) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
