BMP1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BMP1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 59 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BMP1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, c-Met_pY1235, and Mre11. Each is linked with BMP1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMP1-to-partner and partner-to-BMP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Caspase-7-cleavedD198 grouped by BMP1-low versus BMP1-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BMP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BMP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
