BMI1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BMI1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,063 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BMI1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PHC3, MRPS15, and PPIF. Each is linked with BMI1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMI1-to-partner and partner-to-BMI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BMI1 versus PHC3 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BMI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BMI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
