BMI1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BMI1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,261 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BMI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GEMIN8P2, MIR425, and RNA5SP176. Each is linked with BMI1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMI1-to-partner and partner-to-BMI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GEMIN8P2 grouped by BMI1-low versus BMI1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BMI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BMI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
