Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BMI1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 41 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BMI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are mTOR_pS2448, PR, and 14-3-3_beta. Each is linked with BMI1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMI1-to-partner and partner-to-BMI1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, mTOR_pS2448 grouped by BMI1-low versus BMI1-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BMI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BMI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
