BMI1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BMI1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,637 significant associations in total. UPPER_AERODIGESTIVE_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BMI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are COMMD3, KIF5B, and YME1L1. Each is linked with BMI1 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BMI1-to-partner and partner-to-BMI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BMI1 versus COMMD3 in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.91.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BMI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BMI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
