Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BLVRB protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 22,144 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BLVRB-associated proteins across cancer lineages are AHSP, ANK1, and SLC4A1. Each is linked with BLVRB in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BLVRB-to-partner and partner-to-BLVRB results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BLVRB versus AHSP in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.81.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BLVRB→partner) and Y-score (partner→BLVRB) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
