Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BLOC1S2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 65 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BLOC1S2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1055P, SUMO2P14, and CYP4F36P. Each is linked with BLOC1S2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BLOC1S2-to-partner and partner-to-BLOC1S2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BLOC1S2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BLOC1S2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
