Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BLOC1S1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,041 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BLOC1S1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FGF14, CCNA2, and LINC02718. Each is linked with BLOC1S1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BLOC1S1-to-partner and partner-to-BLOC1S1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BLOC1S1 versus FGF14 in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BLOC1S1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BLOC1S1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
