BLOC1S1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BLOC1S1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13 significant associations in total. BLCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BLOC1S1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR1294, OR51B3P, and RN7SL177P. Each is linked with BLOC1S1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BLOC1S1-to-partner and partner-to-BLOC1S1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR1294 grouped by BLOC1S1-low versus BLOC1S1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BLOC1S1→partner) and Y-score (partner→BLOC1S1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
