The most reproducible BLOC1S1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Proton-transporting ATP synthase complex assembly, Regulation of lysosome size, and Mitochondrial proton-transporting ATP synthase complex assembly. Each is linked with BLOC1S1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BLOC1S1-to-partner and partner-to-BLOC1S1 results are reported.
