BLNK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BLNK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,490 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BLNK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are BLNK_S129, RASAL3, and BLNK_S229. Each is linked with BLNK in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BLNK-to-partner and partner-to-BLNK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BLNK versus BLNK_S129 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BLNK→partner) and Y-score (partner→BLNK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
