BLNK

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BLNK protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,075 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BLNK-associated genes across cancer lineages are MS4A1, TLR10, and EBI3. Each is linked with BLNK in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BLNK-to-partner and partner-to-BLNK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BLNK versus MS4A1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BLNK→partner) and Y-score (partner→BLNK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
