Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BLNK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,596 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BLNK-associated genes across cancer lineages are DAZAP1, LINC01030, and RN7SKP104. Each is linked with BLNK in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BLNK-to-partner and partner-to-BLNK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, DAZAP1 grouped by BLNK-low versus BLNK-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BLNK→partner) and Y-score (partner→BLNK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
