Across TCGA patient cohorts, BLNK mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BLNK-associated genes across cancer lineages are FASN, mTOR_pS2448, and Paxillin. Each is linked with BLNK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BLNK-to-partner and partner-to-BLNK results are reported.
