The most reproducible BLNK-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to indole-3-methanol, Microtubule depolymerization, and Keratinocyte development. Each is linked with BLNK in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BLNK-to-partner and partner-to-BLNK results are reported.
