Across TCGA patient cohorts, BLMH RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,606 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BLMH-associated proteins across cancer lineages are POLR2A, SMAD4, and SUPT6H. Each is linked with BLMH in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BLMH-to-partner and partner-to-BLMH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BLMH versus POLR2A in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
