BLK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BLK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,750 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BLK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP45, IL16, and CORO1A. Each is linked with BLK in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BLK-to-partner and partner-to-BLK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BLK versus ARHGAP45 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BLK→partner) and Y-score (partner→BLK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
