Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BLK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,266 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BLK-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR7-3, LINC02438, and RPL7L1P4. Each is linked with BLK in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BLK-to-partner and partner-to-BLK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR7-3 grouped by BLK-low versus BLK-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BLK→partner) and Y-score (partner→BLK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
