The most reproducible BLK-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of focal adhesion assembly, Regulation of cell-substrate junction assembly, and Regulation of mitophagy. Each is linked with BLK in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BLK-to-partner and partner-to-BLK results are reported.
