BLCAP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BLCAP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,329 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BLCAP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MOCS3, RPRD1B, and YWHAB. Each is linked with BLCAP in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BLCAP-to-partner and partner-to-BLCAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BLCAP versus MOCS3 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BLCAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→BLCAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
