BLCAP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BLCAP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BLCAP-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2D2, C7orf33, and RNU6-222P. Each is linked with BLCAP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BLCAP-to-partner and partner-to-BLCAP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR2D2 grouped by BLCAP-low versus BLCAP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BLCAP→partner) and Y-score (partner→BLCAP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
