BIRC8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BIRC8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 23 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BIRC8-associated genes across cancer lineages are AAAS, WSCD1, and CTR9. Each is linked with BIRC8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BIRC8-to-partner and partner-to-BIRC8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AAAS grouped by BIRC8-low versus BIRC8-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BIRC8→partner) and Y-score (partner→BIRC8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
