BIRC7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BIRC7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 322 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BIRC7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU7-176P, NKAIN1P2, and RNA5SP412. Each is linked with BIRC7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BIRC7-to-partner and partner-to-BIRC7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU7-176P grouped by BIRC7-low versus BIRC7-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BIRC7→partner) and Y-score (partner→BIRC7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
