BIRC6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BIRC6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,465 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BIRC6-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SFPQ, SRSF7, and CPSF3. Each is linked with BIRC6 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BIRC6-to-partner and partner-to-BIRC6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BIRC6 versus SFPQ in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BIRC6→partner) and Y-score (partner→BIRC6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
