BIRC6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BIRC6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,004 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BIRC6-associated genes across cancer lineages are UQCRH, NRIP2, and GOT1. Each is linked with BIRC6 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BIRC6-to-partner and partner-to-BIRC6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, UQCRH grouped by BIRC6-low versus BIRC6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BIRC6→partner) and Y-score (partner→BIRC6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
