BIRC3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BIRC3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,788 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BIRC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are XCR1, TLR10, and APOBEC3H. Each is linked with BIRC3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BIRC3-to-partner and partner-to-BIRC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BIRC3 versus XCR1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.59.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BIRC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→BIRC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
