BIN2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BIN2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 3,050 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BIN2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MAST1, CLDN14, and FYCO1. Each is linked with BIN2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BIN2-to-partner and partner-to-BIN2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MAST1 grouped by BIN2-low versus BIN2-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BIN2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BIN2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
