BIK

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BIK RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,096 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BIK-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TTLL12, TSPAN1, and AP1M2. Each is linked with BIK in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BIK-to-partner and partner-to-BIK results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, BIK versus TTLL12 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.67.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BIK→partner) and Y-score (partner→BIK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
