Across TCGA patient cohorts, BIK protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 347 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BIK-associated genes across cancer lineages are USP9Y, RBM18, and TAS2R10. Each is linked with BIK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BIK-to-partner and partner-to-BIK results are reported.
