Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BIK mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 103 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BIK-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01706, MIR5189, and MIR4473. Each is linked with BIK in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BIK-to-partner and partner-to-BIK results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC01706 grouped by BIK-low versus BIK-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BIK→partner) and Y-score (partner→BIK) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
