Across TCGA cell cohorts, BIK RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,467 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BIK-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of respiratory gaseous exchange by nervous system process, Regulation of white fat cell proliferation, and Maintenance of blood-brain barrier. Each is linked with BIK in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BIK-to-partner and partner-to-BIK results are reported.
