BICRAL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, BICRAL mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BICRAL-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, mTOR_pS2448, and PCNA. Each is linked with BICRAL in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BICRAL-to-partner and partner-to-BICRAL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by BICRAL-low versus BICRAL-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BICRAL→partner) and Y-score (partner→BICRAL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
