BICRAL

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, BICRAL mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 87 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible BICRAL-associated genes across cancer lineages are BHLHE23, MS4A4A, and GML. Each is linked with BICRAL in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BICRAL-to-partner and partner-to-BICRAL results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BHLHE23 grouped by BICRAL-low versus BICRAL-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BICRAL→partner) and Y-score (partner→BICRAL) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
