Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, BICDL2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 293 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible BICDL2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP171, RNA5SP423, and RNU7-67P. Each is linked with BICDL2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both BICDL2-to-partner and partner-to-BICDL2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP171 grouped by BICDL2-low versus BICDL2-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (BICDL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→BICDL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
